1. Add PDF files
Hit "Add PDF files" to batch import PDF files from your computer to this program.

2. Set extraction rule
You can select "default" rule or customize a rule for extracting form data from PDF files. If you choose default rule, it will export all PDF form data for you.


3. Setting for output
Click "Option" button, it will pop up a interface with two tabs (Output Method Option and Output Format)
In "ouput method option" tab, you can set to extract all PDF form data to single file or multiple file.
In "Output format", choose csv or xml as output format.
